How we get your wine to you, safely.

We deliver across mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Delivery rates vary by zone — the exact cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode.
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Express (where available): next working day on orders placed before 2pm. Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands may take longer.
Every order ships with an adult-signature-required flag. A person aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery and, if asked, show proof of age. If no suitable adult is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or return the parcel to a pickup point.
Bottles are packed in purpose-built wine shippers with internal corrugated dividers to protect against breakage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right. See our Returns Policy.
