Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the bottles are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once a bottle has been opened, by law it cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
If your wine arrives damaged or you believe a bottle is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Contact us via the Contact page to arrange a return. We will issue return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of damage.
